is there a way to disable the DRL in a 1999 GS Canadian Model ?
haha the only way i can do it without modifying anything is NOT to release my foot brake ... but that's not a smart thing to do
anyone know please tell me ... really appreciate it

I'm going to get the DRLs turned off after I take delivery of my GS430.
This is a quote from an e-mail from my dealer
"The drl can be disconnnected through service only after you have taken delivery of car with removing some wiring. You will have to pay 1/2 to a full hour of labor"
One major difference -- DRLs are not required by law in Georgia so you may have a legal issue, not a technical one, to deal with if you try to go thru a dealer. My guess is you need to make friends with a Lexus tech.

**** so many cables and the back of the DRL has a cover on it with screws !
im all confused by it
