lookin great lettuce....

for all those who have probs matching paint......isnt that why you pay more to have things blended? just having them paint specific parts then bolting it up to the car seems to always have problems matching...

depending on where you stand, and the light everythings looks good,,,The amount of pearl is perfectly matched, just in time I was told that it will fade, being brand new.

Blending the fenders and doors was not an option for, would have been way to expensive, might as well repaint the whole car for the price they wanted to charge me. The Paint quality is very good on my car everything was sanded, primed and so forth. let alone that was expensive too.

when i got my kit painted it also did not match. i walked in to the shop and could see it. i told the shop they have to redo it.they said it was not a pr4oblem. and they needed me to take it to the paint store to get a better pic of the paint. the pic is sensitive it can tell the slightest diffrence in tone. so the body shop had my car for a extra week. but my paint matched perfect.you should bring it back.the little things drive me crazy. if i wuold have kept it i would not have been happy. yoiu want what you pay for.

And Cinnabar is also a pain. The paint guy had me bring my car to the paint store where they took pictures of the paint [bumper and body are different colors - I never knew!] and custom mixed. Of course I also had some minor blending done. I am very happy with the results.

thats the way it is most times with paint when u don't repaint the whole thing at once. doesn't look bad at all, but if u run up close i'm sure anyone would notice something on everyone...congrats buddy

has anyone tried matching 2001 midnight pine pearl(Real dark green)? Aren't darker colors easier?
