DAM no gray[like the GS3 sportdesign]
anyway ill take black on gray

this car is looking better and better, these pics dont do nothing until you see it in person - looks nothing like a altima/maxima -

I can see it now blk on gray, 20" deep dish, roof spoiler, grill, drop, dark tint - will look off the hook

wonder if it can fit bigger then 20's

Thumbs up Color choices

O.k. My choice would be 1) Matador Red 2)Quarts Shadow 3)Glacier Frost, in that order with charcoal/blackwood interior. I think I would change the carpet to black on that interior though.

Does anybody know what improvements or revisions are going to be made to the GS' frame/chassis? How much (if any) stiffer is it going to be in torsional and bending rigidity? Any new chassis technologies such as hydroformed subframe sections and such? And improvements to the suspension to make the ride smoother while simultaneously making the handling better?

I really like GM's new magnetically selective shock absorbers. They can change their individual stifness in a few thousandths of a second to make going over a bump 'softer' yet controlling the after shock afterward to keep the car from being 'floaty', and to adjust the suspension at all 4 wheels independently around corners to keep things at their peak.

It's like having a monkey under your car that changes out your shock absorbers from 'stock soft' to 'aftermarket stick', one at a time, in the blink of an eye depending on the road ahead.

When did GM start using this? In what car? Rod Millen Motorsports came up with that idea for Army Humvees. I thought he had patented it. They where saying how expensive it was becuase of the magnetic fluid.

Well for starters it is in the 2004 50th Anniversay Corvette, as well as is optional on all of the new 2005+ C6 Corvettes. There are other GM models that magnaride can be found on too... and plenty more new models to come. It's not a RMM patented technology or anything (I'm guessing you got that from the TLC special on the "IS430 conversion"?). I don't believe that GM has a patent on it either. I think the idea was created by an independent company who licensed the idea to other companies for their own applications. I could be remembering wrong, there, though.
