I had the same problem with my GS4. What I noticed is that the squeeking noise only happens when it is really hot outside. I've never had this problem during the winter. I bought an aftermarket sunshade to protect the leather dash from the sun and behold everytime I used the sunshade, there's no steering wheel squeeking. Hope this helps.
