Alternative Supercharger Kit - Gauging Interest
Mod, I know this is in the wrong forum. I figured I would get more hits in this forums.
Ok, here is the deal. Many of you probably know of ATI Technologies, aka ProCharger. Well, their headquarters is located just up the street from me and I know several people who work for them. I inquired about the possibilitiy of a production kit for the GS. Unfortunately, the replied saying that the market is too small for them to go into production. This is were my friends come into play. There are several of them who work for ATI and do a lot of research and development as well as custom kits for other cars. They have a webpage, www.houseofboost.com, if you would like to check it out to confirm. This page contains several projects they have worked on.
Anyway, I am going to need as many detailed photos of "the" SC kit as I can get. I am also going to need a copy of the install manual if possible.
Since this is going to be basically a custom kit with very limited production, I need to know what the positives and negatives on the current SC "kit" on the market now so that the kit can be a close to "perfect" as possible.
I will pass this info on and see what they say. As far as price, I am relativly sure that it will be less than that of the current "kit" on the market.
Thanks in advance, and I will keep you posted.

Well, since interest was less than poor I guess we will all have to resort to the RMM kit. I am still going to persue this on my own. If anyone is interested, send me an e-mail at nick@zcbrothers.com and we can talk.

I'm positive if these guys were able to put out a kit it would be a very nice piece.Procharger makes a great blower. They make great power and are self contained ( no oil lines to run)
If you are able to get this done I'm sure you would make lots of money. The hardest part is going to be getting a good handle on the tuning.
