Default Gas mileage

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum. Im in the middle of buying between a GS 300 and a GS 400. My only problem is, does the GS 400 guzzle way more gas than the GS 300? or is it pretty much the same to a GS 300? I'm not really a speed freak so i wont be pushing the car too hard. Just wondering... and i was also wondering how many gallons the GS 300 and GS 400 hold? is it the same amount or does the 400 hold more than the 300? Can someone help me out in this matter? thank you!

is the 19.8 gallons for the gs300, gs400, and the gs430's? or are they all different? How much does it normally take to fill up on a full tank for a gs400? sorry for all the newbie questions!

Whoa!!! 2.60? that's a real "bite into crime". They are really getting you out there on gas prices! Glad i'm over here.

To T.L.W.- If you posted anymore info on the car, you would just have to give a free detailed inspection to go with it. lol. Good responce!

If you do a search, I believe there is a thread dedicated solely to gas mileage on thee GS400/430. I've had my 98 GS400 for about 7 months, and I monitor my mileage on every tank. On average, I get 20 miles to the gallon. I've gotten as high as 22 and as low as 19, but it's pretty consistent. Oh, and most of my mileage is highway miles at about 75 mph. Hope this helps.

acutally gs3 and gs4 they have prety much the same gas mileage - around 18/24

the i6 on the gs3 is NO WHERE gas saving, it's a high rev engine and it eats gas bad. i have the is3 and the gs4. the is3 has the exact same engine as that on the gs3, so i can tell you my experience. i add gas to my is3 just as often as my gs4

I agree. 18/24. Expect 20 avg for both cars.

I've watched my milleage very closely and have been able to calculate 18 in the city and 28 on the highway. My highway milleage was calculated at 75MPH on a bone-stock GS400 with factory 17" wheels and 34psi tire pressure.
