Hi Guys,
Besides the spring/shock combo and the steering ECU, what is the next best bang-for-the buck in terms of suspension mods to improve handling? Sways? Front Strut Bar? Rear Strut Bar? Does anyone have some real life experience and not just theories? I am changing out my springs and shocks and thought it would be a good time to add some other suspension mods that would be worth the money. Thanks for any info.

Brent,
the followings are all real-life experience comments from the members throughout the years:
1.TRD front strut bar ~$230 from steve at carson(verify the price with him). the best $$$ value for handling improvement.
2.Rear strut bar- ~$250-$400, depend on brand. you have to cut some lining in the trunk.
3.TRD Sway ~$550 for a set of front and rear. very good especially if your car is not lowered.
get #1 first after you get the eib+bils, and see how you like the improvement. then go on to 2, and 3. this way you will find your taste and will not waste any money.
i will keep you posted on those Bilsteins.

I have to add the front chassis brace to gs4will's list . Its around 150 - 200 ( my guess ) from steve .
Puckhead - No , these mods won't affect ride quality. I have a RMM stb and my ride is still lexus like. Only thing that will change ride quality would be shocks/springs , bigger wheels or coilovers . And yes , you can install the STB yourself in under a hour taking your time.
