I agree that those new GS pics are looking good, and making me more curious to check it out in person.

One thing that struck me in wonder is the construction of the headrest. It seems that something possibly made of plastic or vinyl is attached behind the leather part of the headrest, perhaps for better support? Just a weird observation, and I guess it'll make putting TV's in headrests more difficult too

From the look of the interior the front arm rest seems to slide back. I guess this is to reveal the buttons and switches on the center console behind the gear shifter.

Don't like the two small square cover thingy at the rear of the bumper. What are those for? Are those for towing?

More I look at it more I like it. Probably will get the new GS after the first year. Want Lexus to work out the bugs usually found on the first year model.

I am beginning to like this even more.

Still not has good looking as tthe 2nd Gen though..... The 2nd Gen will look just as good as it looks 10 years from now. Classic design. It's the same reason the previous generation Nissan 300ZX TT still looks so awesome more than 10 years after it was introduced.

i'm still very dissapointed even after seeing it a couple times now. it is growing on me from butt ugly to just ugly to now decent...but than just as its starting to grow u see things that make u go back in taste. 1st off the headrests, what the heck are they thinking with that big piece of plastic behind it, if its for more support? how many people actually lay their heads back while drieving? 2nd the armrest looks like the winn spoiler, its flat and slides over the air vents...the front and center console look great but the seats don't look real comfy, and i hate those taillights with a passion. the front of the car looks better as i see it more but the rear looks terrible , these are my opinions. i'm sorry. i'm sure it will look much better when we get our hands on it and mod but no way its looks better than our 2nd. gen.

Sorry to be behind in the news with the new GS, but are they already selling it ? If not when will the new GS be sold to the public?

Thanks !

It is going to take time for me to get used to the new design. I am still in love with the lines of the 2nd gen GS .

For a very good reason my friend! The 2nd Gen GS is a timeless classic design!

Default new gs

I too am trying to like it and have gone from hate it to it's okay. Then I see it again and wonder what is Lexus trying to do...where are they trying to go? I know they can do better. It's almost insulting for them to not do better with the design.
