OK, OK. Confession time.

I got them from eBay from a guy selling "Mitsubishi Galant exhaust tips". I paid $9.95 for each + $7 shipping.

What I also liked about these tips is the way it is installed. First, a centering bracket is installed onto the exhaust pipe with two screws, and then, the chrome tip is screwed onto the bracket. Very sturdy.

Also, I have not seen black soot stick inside or on the outside lid of the chrome tips unlike the original ones. That's probably because there is moving air between the tip and the pipe that prevents exhaust gases from getting in there. So it still looks brand new up to this point.
