U guys mind if a hill billy from Kentucky comes up ,,, its gona be a drive

I Have An Idea!!!!
OK guys & gals.....I feel your pain & I too would like to have an event here inteh Baltimore/DC area.
I've been doing some research regarding this and I came up with a kick *** idea. We could set up an event on a Saturday or Sunday at a place here in MD called Sandy Point Beach. It's located on the mainland side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. It is an actual beach, so folks can lay out or go swimming if they wish. There is also a picnic table area where we could grill food & the such. Last but not least, if someone has a jetski, there is a place to dock them.
The second option could be Ocean City, MD. This event would take more masterminding, but it's not impossible.
What you guys think??

Here's the rundown
Alright,
I can take care of the arrangements, but I would first need to get a firm committment as to who is going to attend & where your coming from. Of course, I'll schedule it on a day to NOT conflict with any racing events taking place the same day.
The second order of business would be which location, either Sandy Point Beach in Sandy Point, MD or Ocean City, MD. Ocean City is about two and a half hours further than Sandy Point, but surely more scenic (Ocean City that is) and a lot more to....ah...hm...."see!"
If Ocean City is the selected spot, I will arrange hotel accomodations for all of us, so no one has to worry about where they are going to lay their head. We could also have a brunch the following morning since we would be staying over.
Irrespective of location, maybe we could all meet @ a predetermined location and drive in together....one Lexus after another! It would be a cool pic for my wife to take from the sunroof.
All ideas/suggestions are welcomed!
