Check out this front grill. I'm not a fan of kits, but I really like this grill.

Think it would be possible to still attach the Lexus emblem that's currently on my front grill to this new one without it looking cheesy? I don't like how they put that other emblem on the hood, and would rather maintain the Lexus one within the center of the grill.

Thanks for any opinions and insight,

zz231,

Good point, hehe. Well, I'm gonna have to think about that while I'm debating what kind of grill to get. Any suggestions?

Could you please post a link to the TRD grill? I've seen the RMM one, but think there might be better out there. Thanks,

exactly that.
Don't think you're trying to make your car look like a Mercedes, you might just prefer something classy. In that case, the stock grill is the classiest grill you can get for the GS. Zairez looks too much like Mercedes.

Auto Couture has a nice grill. It's kinda like TRD and C-One and everything else but it has thinner edges so it looks alittle classier.

I personally don't like the TRD or RMM grill (no offense to owners of those grills). I like the Zairez, but it makes it look a little too classy and a little too benz-like. I personally think the 2001 gs430 grill looks very nice. Its classy but still sporty, and it has a bolder look than the older stock grills.

Just a couple of pennies of mine. (Just my 2 cents.)

GlobeCLK,

Thanks for recognizing that I simply wanted something classy. I didn't really intend for it to imitate a Benz, but it appears so.

I'm going to stick with my stock grill for now, but could you please post a link for the Auto Couture grill? Thanks,

Like everyone said, too MB like...

My picks (in order of preference)

A) Stock 2001
B) TTE
C) TRD

If you look at AutoCouture's new Version 2 body kit (my personal choice), you'll see that they didn't even switch out the grille. To me, that says something.

most grills made for the GS are sporty I would think the RMM one is probably the classiest one because of the way it is finished no big holes in the middle and doesnt look like a benz its simple and looks better than the stock one with the chrome outlining which I think looks tacky IMO thats why I got that instaed but I do like that auto cotoure one it looks real nice good fit and finish is it a bolt on grill?

Default TRD grill

gsintensive, I think I like your TRD grill but I can't see it that clearly in your pics. Can you describe it or direct me to a site with more pics? From my monitor it looks like a billet style with a Lexus emblem in the center and color matched bezel. Where did you get it? How was the fit and finish? Cost? I went to the TRD site and all they had was the Ltuned grill. Thanks!
