Exactly my point. In most cases, an engine/tranny swap is undertaken to achieve a hybrid that is otherwise unavaiable thereby creating something unique and unusual. Why go to all the trouble of putting a 4.0 L. (or 4.3 L.) engine in a GS300 to end up with something that is not unique and is in fact readily available in the marketplace ie. a GS400 (or 430). I understand there is not a very high demand for engines as they so rarely break down.
