Made a few passes before some problems with the dyno developed. Still running rich and only 10psi, 307hp/246tq. Power band is excellent though... never drops off and no lag.

Decided to take the car down and freshen the whole motor for the upcoming drift season. I will be back on the dyno in a few weeks.

Here is the current sheet though, overlayed with my last NA run from a few months ago on the NA head and GTE bottom end.. no turbos. Now full Aristo GTE motor, twin KKK K26s at 10psi and untuned. At 10 psi it produced roughtly 130rwhp and 86tq over stock NA.

more to come soon.

Default new dyno sheet

Okay.. fresh rebuild on the JDM 2jzgte. Now using 6 speed USDM cams. I'm held to just 12 psi right now since the JDM ecu has a factory boost/fuel cut at 13 psi (.9 bar)

Here is a full list:
GET Spec manifold, utilizing a pair of KKK K26 turbines
2 Tial 38mm wastegates
GET Spec ver. II dual downpipes and exhaust
SaRD Racing EX+ power filter, adj FPR, R2D2 blowoff valve.. oh and rad cap and oil cap
GReddy Type S blowoff valve
SAFC2 D1 ltd edition
SaRD Racing Run Up speed limiter cut
Stock JDM 2jzgte rebuilt with all factory gaskets and seals, new rings and bearings also,
USDM 6 speed Supra cams
HK$ cam gears (coming off soon though..)
Stock JDM Aristo tranny and tq convertor

On this dyno sheet, run #115 is the one shown in the last post.. the last time I dyno'd before the rebuild... barely holding 10 psi.
Run #119 is the initial run today.. coming in off the street. Rebuilt motor has just under 600 break in miles on it now and was running about 7 psi for the break in
Run #134 is last run of the day.. spiking to 12 psi and holding at 10 psi for the rest of the run. best i could manage on the hallman Manual Boost Controller. When i get an AVC-r I can program it to a solid 12 psi and stay right under fuel cut's nose while making about 350rwhp/300 tq.

All in all, i'm very happy.. totally different car and if i wanted to make all out power.. it's there too. just have to figure a way around the boost fuel cut first. but for the next few 1000 miles of the engine's new life.. 12 psi and 320 hp is fine with me

without further adieu...enjoy

Stay Tuned!

Default Update on my car..

MORE BOOST.. running 1 bar oof boost right now, estimate about 360rwhp. I was not hitting fuel cut like I thought, but blowing out spark.. dropped spark plug gap and she holds strong. Will be re-tuning this week before a long roadtrip.. shuld make just under 400 rwhp tuned and staying under boost cut (1.2 bar or 17 psi)

Add to my list of mods.. forgot the rest of the car..

Body..
Inspection JDM sides, rear bumper and trunk spoiler.. mounted on original Aristo trunk.
Modified rear bumper to a single center channel to run GET Spec single side exhaust.
Removed spare tire well for access to rear diff at the track (jacking up on blown tires)

Supra TT front brakes
dimpled/slotted rotors all around
stainless lines

Supra TT radiator
GReddy oil catch can
GReddy turbo timer
GReddy oil psi, water temp, EGT and Air Fuel
SAGA tachometer in stock gauge cluster

Bride Ergo front seats on GET Spec brackets
Momo 4 pt harness
Old Skool Momo 2 spoke concave steering wheel

Whatever wheels i have tires on at the time.. currently Z33 rims (350z 18")

umm.. I think that is it.. for now.

I think I maybe the only person that has had both a supercharger kit and twin turbo kit on the same car. Here is an old dyno with my last TT dyno vs my best SC dyno.

I still have the stock injectors. I am surprised to hear that Jtanoyo is only pushing 375rwhp since he and I basically have the same mods

Jtanoyo, I don't know if you remember my car from the lexusownersclub forum. We have the same motor and transmission, same intercooler, same intake...In fact, you said our cars were twins when you saw the pictures...LOL At any rate, when I strapped my car to the dyno, it was pumping 463 rwhp @ 18psi on pump gas. The vvt-i twin turbo is simply amazing. I guess you are running stock boost and you still have the stock JDM turbos? I did swap out the JDM turbos for US spec turbos. Also, do you have a boost cut controller? There is a nice unit I am using which I bought from TRL performance in the UK. It allows you to safely raise the boost cut as opposed to bypassing it completly like the HKS unit does. That comes in very handy against boost spikes which could destroy your motor. Did you take care of the speed limiter? I am using a HKS SLD type II and it works flawlessly. In addition, you might want to consider a boost controller if you don't already have one. I am using the HKS EVC Pro and by the way, if you are considering an electronic boost controller, the EVC Pro is the only unit you should look at, especially if using the stock twins. EVC IV or EZ will cause boost spike because the fuzzy logic does not work well with twin turbo set ups. However, the EVC pro allows for you to set a bunch of other parameters. You will love it. I don't know if you can read Japanese but in case you can't I have the wiring diagrams and instructions for those units in English. Let me know if you need them.

I am looking for the Installation/Instruction Manual & Also the wiring diagram on the HKS EVC Pro, Would highly apreciate it
