This is how you get to your cabin air filter...
1) Open glove box.
2) Pull up on the rectangular plastic plate that makes up the rear "wall" of the glove box.
3) Reach back with your left hand and feel for a vertical tab that gives you just enough room to tug on it and - tug on it until it comes out.
4) Reach further in and feel for a horizontal tab that will move slightly up and down when you touch it. Pull on that tab and you'll be able to pull out your air filter.
5) Cut out a rectangle out of your normal AC air filter and throw in your air freshener. You're done!

30 dollars from lexus-parts.com and probably more at your local dealership.

One home AC filter from Home Depot costs $3.00 and you can probably cut 6 filters out of it...
Why spend 180 dollars when you can have the same for 3 bucks?
