Hi everybody
I am new here (actually looking around for few days) - my 2000GS4 Millennium is great. No mods yet.
I drove a lot of brands over last 10 years (Saab, 5.0 Mustang, 325, Volvo) but this is the first Japanese.
The greatest surprise - brake pads. No black dust on wheels!
Manufacturers seem to change the pad compound all the time - do you have the same experience (no dust) or should I hurry and get more of the same from the dealer before they change?
Ivan

i agree on the brake dust issue. i've had my gs3 for over a year now and aven't had a problem with brake dust. i have some friends that own mercedeses, bmw's, audis and even my brother's corvette c5, they all have the brake dust problem. it really annoys the ****** out of them. glad we don't have to deal with it.

I wonder if those with upgraded brake systems (non Lexus pads) have the same observation??
I've used some competition type metal/carbon composition that did not dust too much but they needed a fair amount of heat to perform.
