Yes, I think 98-99% of Lexus have sunroof leather. Most all option packages have CD changer/sunroof/leather as the basic 1st package on all Lexus ES/IS/GS3/RX3.
It is a little more common too see a non roof/cloth IS and rarer on the GS/ES/RX.
If it has leather and no sunroof, it had to be special order. Since both are optioned together.
Bitkahuna will remember, REALMARTY here got a GS 430 when it first came out and he insisted on no wood wheel and no spoiler. THey had to make it in Japan and it took I think 6-8 months to arrive.

BTW-I wonder if no sunroof makes the body more rigid and how much weight would it save?

actually on the is300, the roof and leather they are more separated. you see almost every single is300 with roof, but a lot of them without the leather. i think on the is300, leather is more associated with nav (if you get nav, you get leather together with heated seats, something like that).
and yeah, gs430 almost always come with spoiler
