I live in the Washington DC area, and after attending Sting's "Brand New Day" concert on Saturday night, I saw a white stretch GS400 waiting to take some concert-goers home! Never saw one like that before!! I'm not sure what model year the car was based on , but I know that it was pre-2001 because it had the old tail lights. Wish I had had my camera with me, but unfortunately I didn't. Are stretch GS400's common in other areas? I got the driver's card if anyone is interested.

 

Sting rules...went to one of the concerts recently...he is really moving all over the world.

Ive seen pictures of them on the dupont registry before they were for sale for like 70-80k I think cant remember it was a while back but they looked cool and the interior was awsome

 

Yeah, i was contacted a little while ago for the rites to make the GS limousine...riiiiiiight!!

I actually have seen them in the DuPont maganize too and many limousine services have them as well as a super-stretch LX470. I always see them in white. Both are very nice looking. I think the stretch LX470 is one of my favorites.

 

I had a stretch LS400 for my wedding 4 years ago, the guy has a stretch '57 Chevy, a stretch Ferrari Testarossa, a couple of Excaliburs (real ones not the fake-o Lincoln kit) and When the LX 450 and 470 came out got a pair of those with -get this - granite tile floors and an awesome Entertainment center including PlayStation. He now has a couple of GS's and other "specialty vehicles" as well. Down in Brooklyn, NY Excalibur Extravaganza Limos.

 

larryf, i live in the dc area too and i saw the white gs limo you're talking about (i think it's the same one) in george town on M st this past weekend. i think i know now what kind of limo i want for my wedding.
