frozen windows?
anyone else have this problem in cold weather? couldn't find this in a search. i scraped all the ice (and there wasn't much) from around the window

I have that problem myself. I live in washington state and sometimes, i go out there to start my car up and it's in the mid thirties. I usually try to pour some hot water on the windows to get the ice off, it works pretty well, but then sometimes the hot water freezes.

i usually just crank up the defrost and it eventually thaws. i'd rather waste some gas than
risk a broken window/windshield. be careful out there.

yeah, it really is the case. i've been drivin' a few years...every year it happens - doesn't
matter if it's a Ford, Toyota, American Motors or Lexus. they all freeze up if water gets in there.

i mainly asked coz' this sounds like a problem on every car, i wanted to make sure the lexus windhsield isn't particularly cold or something
