my radio was doing this today. cut in and out every few seconds only on 93.3. It was driving me nuts. I tried turning car on and off, radio on off, nothing. On the screen it said LOST and was not displaying song/channel info.
I finally left it on that channel and held down the preset button to reset and it worked! The info came back up and it quit cutting out.
Does anyone know why this happens?

OH MY GOD!! This has been going on with my radio for the past week. It's on 93.9 and I was freaking out beacuse I thought I'd have to buy a new radio and I JUST went past my warranty.....

Thank you jesus for this thread......going to try the fix as soon as I get in the car.

I have a theory- My radio had been saying LOST on the channel for at least a day before it started cutting in and out. Maybe when the channel updates as mentioned earlier in this thread or looses info for some reason, the radio waits a day or so to see if you'll reset it and when you don't it starts cutting in and out to notify you.
Wierd. How many of us have had this happen?

Fix worked perfectly....the station plas uninterupted and the RDS for that sation is accepting the signal and displaying the text....thank you lawd....praise him!!!

I have the same exact problem. after i delete it and recreate the station it comes back after some time. I am in NY area and before i was getting in on 103.5 today i got it on 104.3. the other workaround i found was to go to 103.3 or 103.7 and then back down to 103.5 and the problem goes away untill you swich preset stations.

has anyone complained to Lexus about this ?

Goto to the first page of this thread. BigMoNYC discovered the cause of this problem. I think once you unhighlight the "AF" option on the radio screen, it goes away.

just us FM2 or FM1 the one ur haing problems with will work on the other setting, or reset ur radio

Yup I had the same problem the AF thing work . I happened to me like a month ago silly dealer put in a brand new radio and still did it then I saw that AF thing highlighted . Pressed it and

have the same problem here in chicago 107.5...all my buddies were making fun of me dammit

i'll try to reset the preset...it sucks when there's a good song on!!
