I always use synthetic, Mobil 1 to be specific. Synthetics have been proven to reduce wear and to
withstand heat better. My Lex deserves the best!!

I used Mobil One Delvac One. Have used it in all my vehicles. Oil analysis shows it's the best oil I've ever used. (It was originally made for heavy machinery. It surpases every standard known to man with a 100,000 mile drain interval....not that I let it go that far..)

Mobil One synthetic here as well. Use it in all the cars I've had and currently have.
Beware cause most other brands are now synthetic blend.
Also Mobil One uses a level IV base which is the best to use.

Is it true once you go synthetic you can't use regs again?

It's false. You can switch back and forth with little worry......
