throughout my 25 years of life (and I'm sure there are guys here who have alot more experience) I remember a few "fads" that quickly faded and we no look back on them and say "WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?" Hopefully these big rims and spinners is one of them...

There are wanna-be's in every aspect of life...All I can hope is these people eventually grow-up and be true to themselves...alot of times these wanna-be's are just trying too hard to fit in and they end up looking retarded...God bless them!!!!

LOL! drugs ain't got nuttin to do with it....I smoke blunts all day long and in my wildest most ****ed up stuper, I'd NEVER consider paintin my GS yellow, and tossin on some F&F yellow painted rims to match.

but sadly enough as I was tellin Johnny.....doing THAT to his car would mean him winning at every show.....but thats winning at what cost????

The funny thing is that people probably point and look at these cars like they actually look nice.

My Gs was first on 20's and it rubbed a bit, so I decided to go to 19's..

I've seen a gs with 21's and I was like holly *****, It must rub like crazy, Lots of fender work needs to be done, But 22's Damn man, its a ship on wheels, Can U even drop it?

Now ON a 745Li I would understand, Those things have such a huge fender wall that 20's do it no justice...

Very well said and I agree 100%. I will be happy when the current car craze passes, and the modding returns to an enthusiast sport. Not just a bunch of fools trying to "one-up" each other in wheel inch increments. To the original poster, enjoy your vehicle, if 22's are your thing, then have fun.

umm.... let me see... i haven't checked the forum for the past 4 days so i must have missed a lot of stuff, if the pic is already posted, then pardon me

but 22s on the gs? good for you man, that's all i can and will say. with 22s, let's not even worry about dropping the car. you can't even make a turn anymore. you turn the steering wheel a bit and it starts to rub very bad on the front and back of the wheel well already. there is no lie on this one, we don't even have to go into offset and stuff.

maybe it's a drag car, coz' it doesn't turn? or i wonder if you can only make a turn if there are 3 lanes for you to utilize

to me...anything OVER 20s for a GS is OVERDONE....but 22s for a 745 would be really nice.
