For those of you that are getting 25+ mpg based on the computer estimation, I'd like to know if you get that same number when you calculate your mileage manually (i.e., fill up your tank, zero out your trip odometer, drive your car for the entire tank, refill it, and divide the miles by the number of gallons you used). My guess is that the computer estimate is much higher than the actual mileage.

I get 17 in my mixed commute, and 20 to 23 (with a tailwind) on the highway. When I first got the car I used to try to maximize fuel economy (previous car was a Civic the routinely got 30 in the city), but that lasted for about two weeks. Now I just enjoy the heck out of the V8. It's payback time for all those years spent driving thrifty subcompacts.

EV ftw!!!
I have no idea what mpg mine gets. Don't know and don't really care!
I bought this car for the power, so frugal gas consumption is obviously not my priority. I don't want to feel bad by knowing what mpg I get, so I don't even bother trying to figure it out. I know I'm in denial! But happy nonetheless!
