It really depends on WHICH Tein's you install. There are two popular models for the GS...the Tein HA and the Tein CS.
Both are height and dampening adjustable. The HA's go from stiff to stiffer. The CS's go from soft to stiff...
If you are worried about ride comfort, I would go with the CS's. It'll allow you to have a very stock like comfy ride when you want and with a twist of two dials, you can get a stiffer sport ride.
I've only been in a couple of L-Tuned cars I don't really recall what the suspension "softness" was like, but if want more sport and you're not concerned with ride comfort as much, get the HA's...they start where the CS stops and get even stiffer.

TEIN HA is too hard for daily driving. Take it from a guy who owned this set before.
TEIN CS is too expansive IMO. $1800. Of course, if you have money to burn, please, be my guest.
TEIN NA is also stiffness adjustable and can drop up to 40mm by using C-ring. It's a little bit softer than TEIN HA but I don't think it drops enough.

It just depends on what your looking for. For performance the HA's are awesome. I have them on my daily driver and the bumpiness doesnt bother me... its all worth it to me when I take that corner and have a big smile on my face. But I would even consider putting the RA's in my car so you might not want to listen to me
