Henry puttin' me on the spot! I hope I can help someone considering all the help I've received here! Regarding the Polarg map vs. dome light...for some reason mine don't match that well, but in reality my map light is STILL a TON better than stock. Even though it doesn't look nearly as white as the dome light (and maybe it's not), it's still a lot whiter than stock, and unless you open the door while the map lights are on, you'll never notice the difference. On top of that, when I originally posted those pics, Henry and others said that they didn't notice that much of a difference. So it's possible that I just got a sorry set of map lights. But regardless, as bad as my comparo pic looks, I'm still very happy w/ ALL my interior bulbs (except the glove box, which I've yet to get to...need to find a 4'11" girl for a week...lol). But it's a very worthwhile and pretty inexpensive mod, IMO. Well worth it.

i am hesitant coz' my bulbs have been in teh car for 2 yrs, and it start to have some yellowing. and one bulb burned out and after the new bulb there are some color difference. so i don't want to give out false info about the color. i talked to LVGS quite a bit before he posted this thread, he knew my intention

well just to clarify, my map light and dome light DO look different in color and brightness (forgot which one is brighter though, i don't have the car with me now). but the difference is acceptable

What's false about that? You're just stating the facts. If anyone decided to choose Polargs for their interior....at least they would know what to expect....say 2 yrs from now...right?

So....by NOT posting up....you are doing a dis-service to CL members.
