Welcome to CL. So what's first. Something as simple as bulbs, or something rad, like FI.(Turbo/SC) Goodluck and congrats on the GS3.

i would probably lower the car the same time with the 20s, or maybe even before the wheels

Thumbs up First mod: Tint.

Tint is an excellent choice for a first mod. So, how dark? Just in case your in California, tint in the front passenger and drivers windows are illegal. But quite a bit of us don't care. We tinted them anyway.
Your next mod is also excellent. Go check out LexusGoneWild.Com. Henry(RominL) did a very good write-up on tire/wheel fitment that you could use as a guide. So big props to Henry. Good luck.

THis is very true, before you settle on 20's be sure what your goals are with the car. IE peformance or bling or a combination. 20's may not be the best option from a peformance perspective, so no what you are planning on long term. Also if your pockets can handle it I would also do the coilovers before or with the new wheels. Nothing looks sillier than a GS on 20's sitting way up in the air like some kind of SUV hybrid

Welcome

Default GS Classified a good start

Surf the classifieds bro, wheels/parts GS 3's & 400/430's. Tons of stuff avail. Good values vs. buying new. Just a suggestion. Congrats on the rig, and welcome...

Doug
