Default What I love about my GS430

- The NAV systems in the bomb! No more looking at freaking mapquest printout trying to find the account without rear-ending someone.

- The ML stereo is the best factory stereo I've ever heard.

- Heated leather seats...what else can I say. The SNOW setting is great too.

- Interior quality is very high. Wood is beautiful, even the steering wheel. I like the gauges too.

- Cup holders are perfect for my new in-car cigar ashtray!

- HID lights crank up the cool factor.

- I love the cruise control switches on the steering wheel.

- The sound of the 4.3L V8 scrolling through the gears when I get on it.

- The price, now is the time to strike and purchase a high miles, low $$ GS. 98-00 are ~$10K-$15K around here. $15K for a clean GS400 with 100K miles...good for another 100K miles. Compare that to an $15K new car, no contest. There's two guys in my office getting ready to score used GS3/4s.

The Lexus motor is definately good for more than 200k miles. Glad you are happy with your car. Just talked my friend into getting one too today.

Yep, a Canadian CL member member navaz has over 300K km on his and the car has no problems at all. And I think he tracks the car too..........

I think the engine is just breaking in at 250K miles.

Hey, I'm not a salesman (not that there's anything wrong w/that!). I'm an engineer that goes to customers to fix problems.

If you were from the left coast, I'd figure you're pulling my leg...SNOW setting, opposite of the PWR setting.

Honestly I can't remember being in a car lately that doesn't have this feature - however, I've never seen it help one bit in the snow. So I was kind of suprised it made your list and I was just making sure you were not confusing it with something else.

Really? I used it last week during the 8 inch snow drop here in Chicago, I found it to be very effective. This is the first car that I've had this feature, since my old ride was 9 year old I guess I was missing lots of new features.
