i have a 99 GS400, im just wondering where can i get black wood interior for my car. Because the factory wood in the middle(around the shifter) cracked, so mind as well buy a black wood(whole set). I like the ways how black wood goes with black interior. Thanks

Well, the center console piece is the hardest part. The JDM door pieces will fit our cars. The console one will not because it is not symmetrical. Gamma had all his pieces made to look like blackwood. What this means is that you'd have to start with good pieces and since yours is cracked, it may pose a problem. Maybe they can do somekind of repair and the blackwood layering can somehow mask the work. It does not hurt to ask I guess.

No one has reported (or at least I can't recall) looking into the SportDesign blackwood pieces. My guess would be that it is either cost prohibitive or Lexus is not selling the pieces individually.

When I had talked to steve @ carson i was told 200 for the doors and 220 for the center piece. The website has the doors but you have to call on the other piece. Shifter is 150.

the wood around the shifter only 150..?? the piece im talking about is the wood where the heated seat ,VSC,SNOW, POWER located.

there are a couple places out there that you can send your pieces to and they'll do them in any finish for you. do a yahoo search and you'll find them. i sent mine out last week to get redone in a new finish. but ya pm gama for details on where he did his...

Cool. Is this a complete replacement? 17gs400 said his is cracked. This is why he is looking into a new one and we know the JDM one won't fit.
