Default NEED 1998 GS300 Body Kit advise

Dear Lexus Fans,
I want to make my GS look lowered, but have a slight problem. I am taking it overseas where roads are not so good. All body kits that I have been researching are too low, I need more clearance. For that same reason, i can not have low profile tires and can't go any bigger than 18". Please let me know if there is a way to achive the desired results. Thanks!

JDM OEM add-on kit may be what you are looking for.....the kit doesnt make the car look too low, but then again you could always get Coilovers to make it lower if you change your mind... check out member TLEX's gallery.

Where are you going? We have a few members overseas that are modified. I don't think lowering the car with Eibachs (1") would cause too many problems.

I agree with Andy, either coilovers so you can adjust or just get the LTuned s/s kit. Cheap and wont affect much at all.

What do you mean by look lowered? Do you want to reduce the wheel/fender gap? Do you want the car to be lower to the ground (without reducing the wheel/fender gap? Both?

Do you want to lower purely for looks or performance too?
