Cut it out guys. Please take it to PM. Better yet, stop it all together. I don't think you will be able to convince eachother of your positions. Good or bad, let's just agree to disagree and leave it at that. This line of discussion does not help the original poster at all.

Thanks.

Talking Wawanesa Insurance

Orange County (Laguna Beach) full coverage, $100K/$300K/$100K limits, $250 deductible comprehensive/collision, uninsured motorist deductible waiver.
GS 400 + 30-something single male with clean driving record:= $900/yr.

I remember the days of three speeding tickets in two years...
Even in high school I always paid for my own car insurance- that teaches you quickly.

Somethimes it's good to be older (and wiser)!

You can also lower your insurance with by asking for discounts, good student, driver, theft deterent & professional discounts. I got a 15% for my BS. You have to ask for it though.

I pay $311 a month for my 99 R1 and my 01 GS430 full coverage. I swear just when I thought I gained a yard when I got my 430 for cheaper than my 300 back in 02 lowerin my payments... my dang insurance went up for the 430. Oh I'll b 29 in a couple weeks.

I'm 29 and I was thinking of financing about $15,000 on an 2003 SC430 they told me the full coverage that I would have to buy would be $4800+ per year, so I paid cash for my 98 GS which I pay about $100 per month for liability.

I have about 26 points in the past 3 years and 12 points in the past 12 months.

I'm scared to find out what they're gonna want for my coming up toy

Am I reading this right? $11,598 for one month.

What does the 3400 mean?

My wife and I are paying about $250 a month for 2 1999 GS400 with clean records and I'm in my 50's and she is in her 40's plus we are insuring house thru same company (Farmers). Part of problem is lender wants full coverage and 500 deductable.

I must have a good deal on the insurance. I'm paying $380 for 6 months with full coverage, 500 deductible, 300,000 liability. I just switched to Travlers from Progressive ($430).
I'm 33 in VA with no record. My car is 2000 GS400.

I know that the insurance preimium vary so much between companies and sometime within the same company depending on how the agent can qualify you to the highest tier. I could be paying well over $500 from another company. It's always a good idea go get quote from at least 5 different places.

i totally agree neo, when i read some of the rates here i almost got a heart attack.... these prices are way too expensive to own the gs4 man... that's even more than the payments on the car for some people!
