Default HELP-- How can I make my car more VIP?

Looking for advice.

I love the VIP look on cars and would like to entertain makingmy car look more VIP w/o spending a lot of extra $$ as my car is basically fully modified (w/o turbo).

What stuff should I do on a budget to give it a more VIP look?

Anything, no matter how small will be considered.

Thanks,
Ted

Chrome door handles, air runner suspension, benz retroed mirrors, different wheel setup, etc.

Go check out viptuning.com for more vip info.

More aggressive wheel offsets, run a stretched tire set-up and slam the hello out of it!

That's a funny one you want the VIP look but you don't want to spend the $$$$$$ .
My friend that the VIP look COST LOT'S OF $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ . I like your car and they way you have it set up is already show quality. I say maybe chrome door handles and window guards would give you a diifernt look that maybe your looking for without spending a lot of cash.

Ted, not saying that I am an expert in anything VIP in ANY WAY whatsoever, but looking at your car, and a mighty beautiful car it is, there's nothing about it that screams VIP. It looks like a strong, mean, performance-oriented 4-door sedan. And that's almost like a counter-VIP.

I mean you can always add the small touches like chrome handles, JDM wind deflectors, maybe even the ridiculous bits like Garson pillows, keyholes, curtains, etc. And add more little garnishes like the JP fusa, etc. But all in all, I don't think these small bits will be able to "dampen" the sports-sedan look that your car is already displaying.

VIP = NOT CHEAP. CHEAP VIP looks just that, CHEAP. It's very hard to blow thousands of dollars to sport a certain look, it's even harder to use the same money to make any car a "vippu".

There are tons of things to consider. Basic VIP usually mean = stretched fenders, aggressive offset, huge lips, very low clearance (and I mean low as in I'd take off an ant's head low if I drive over it). These kind of mods are not cheap and not easy to do. Then there's the culture to pay attention to: there's the tsuraichi crowd (lip to fender) and then there's the other crowd (I forgot the name, but it means the wheels are sunk in and slammed so deep you can only see about 3/4 of the wheel).

You have a beautiful car, it's just a Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away look from a vippu.

ted i agree with jtanyo (i never spell it right ) your car is not a VIP car, for that fact my is not VIP wither, i think that the explosion kit is not a real VIP kit.
to get VIP i think we would have to do soem custom work with the fenders and put a super stretched tire and some air runner suspension and maybe it would look more VIP.. ..
BTW.. i would not get rid of those symbolic wheels for nothing.. i like the sl55 wheel alot.. also im thinking of doing the chrome handles and the wind visors on my car, = .. not so much as to get a VIP look n=but jsut to add some chrome to the sides of the car to match the wheels.

sell everything, and buy every Junction Produce part on the market.

Dont get me wrong your car looks damn good, but it really isnt VIP. Its more of aggressive tunerish (which still looks frucken good).

imho, lower the car more, more camber, chrome door handles, visors, that would be a good start

two words, lower, wider!

seriously, lower it more (air runner or some other nice air canister suspension) and wider... wider wheels, wider fenders, streched tires... it would do wonders for your car as far as VIPstyling goes
