Default L-tuned price and quality

The price on l-tuned parts from Sewell is ridiculously low now.
I got 17' oz wheels with Michellin Sport XGT for $1200 serveral months back, and now they go for $850. That's lower than the price of just the tires locally here. It's like free 17' oz wheels.
If my tires are worn out, I rather buy the wheel / tire combo than just buying tires.

I'm ordering a set of l-tuned shocks and spring tomorrow for $300. That must be cheaper than the oem sets. Are the l-tuned shocks better in quality than the OEM ones or about the same? My front shocks went bad at 40k BTW. My rear shock are original with over 4 years and 48k miles.
They still work well, but feels too floaty. I currently have 3 finger gaps in the rear which seems to be small for stock GS400. Could that be because shocks are worn? Does l-tuned combo make it about 2 finger gap after settle? I appreciate any info from anyone who had l-tuned setup.

In my opinion the L-Tuned combo is just as good as OEM in regards to quality. The springs are made by Eibach to Lexus specs; therefore, they are not the same as the regular Eibach's. I heard the springs are made by KYB but the person that sold them to me said that they are European OEM struts made by TTE, Toyota Team Europe. Maybe KYB makes the OEM struts for them, don't know. I just installed my combo three days ago and the ride quality is unbelievable. It rides so, so good. Not rough at all. No highway bounce/wobble. Way better than stock. They ride smoother than my previous set-up, Bilstein sports on oem springs (I had them on my car for two days and sold them). I enjoy my car so much more now. It is crazy how much the ride has improved. There is exactly a two finger gap on my car with the stock 16's. The L-Tuned combo should come stock on the GS.

Is that 300$ shipped for NEW L-tuned springs and shocks? Local pickup? Mind if i ask where you bought them for that cheap?

ALSO, PGT, do you have any pictures of your car lowered on stock 16s? I'd like to see how it looks on stock wheels before i lower it.

Wow, that was a lotta question marks..
