out of the I-Pass lanes (toll lanes)...40-120ish..I was owning him...4-6 lengths

then at about 125-135mph he walked me...I was like WTF...

at that point 130s...I was at full throttle and could not catch up...

somewhere on dragtimes.com there is a guy that 95 Q45 that ran 14.2...maybe that was him.

did you let off and then try to get back on it while he just stayed floored? seems like you should have pulled on him all the way to 145ish

How about extrude honing the intake and porting the heads? My mustang picked up some top end after doing these mods. There isn't really much you can do for motor mods, at least I haven't heard anyone talking about any besides the superchargers. Any 4.7 parts compatible?

I've wondered why I never heard of any GS4 guys doing that too? If we could only get headers too

Wow a Q45 I had no idea. Is the Q45 Stock? maybe try a SRT intake with ECU you can get them for about 250-350 on the forums now a days.

I don't think you need to go FI right yet. Get the SRT, the TC and the LSD. Your car will top out at 135ish, but you'll get there so fast and put so many car lengths on him, I say he losses interest. Should make the GS a solid 13 second car. I'll be finding out in the spring...

imho get tc and lsd (3.76) and you can hand him his *** any day, but that's only till 130mph coz' you will hit the limiter

just flash your hazards before 130 and call it a win

Actually i bet he runs 15s in the quarter.. If you ran a 14.8 with your 19s on, im willing to bet your trap speed wasn't much higher than ~92mph.. so if he was that far behind you at 90ish mph, then he would get his *** handed to him at the dragstrip by your car!! YOU BEAT HIM, 110 doesn't count

I drove a new Q45 with 340HP. I didn't feel as quick 0-60 as my GS. But maybe it has the jam up top. I know my Mark VIII kicked up top...

Get the SRT Intake and an exhaust.. The SRT really kicks in at mid range and top end. You will OWN him..
