If you are talking about Daytime Running Lights aka DRLs, then no. US 98s do not have DRLs.

Nope. I wondered this when I first bought my 400 also, and if you read around some members will do anything to cut those DRL's off.

Well it's only a 2 minute job. by the battery there is a fuse block, inside there is a 10amp fuse for the DLR pull that and your done. Not sure if its 10 or 15 or something, Tiny little bugger.

I turned mine off like a week after I got the car.

Isn't clublexus great?

That's funny. I'd like the option to enable or disable it too.

I personally don't like them because running at the partial wattage it makes the headlight look brown and dingy.

Geez, I was wonder forever why my 98 GS4 DRL didn't go on. I was checking the bulbs and fuses to see if they went out. Mystery solved, thanks guys.

'98 GS doesn't have the DRL but does have an additional small bulb inside the high beam housing. This comes on with the parking lights and stays on with the low beams. Many have replaced the OEM bulb with either Polarg's or LEDs to match their HID headlight's color. I put in PIAA LED's which match the color of the stock HID's very well
