Question woodgrain kits

What's up guys,

has anyone tried to use the woodgrain kits? if so, how did it come out, and which did you use (company name or store information)? I just have some reservations, but it seems like it would really enhance the gs interior.

It doesn't look good to me. Your reservations are good because many people think they look anything but real, but a sticker, like not blending in with the interior. It be better to wait and save money for other options. It may seem like a quick fix to lively up the dash, but you may be unhappy after.

If you SEARCH...they'll be more.

good job, and a bad.

Before you buy it, if you can you have to check it out already installed in someone's else's car.

I really liked it from the pics I saw, but when I saw it myself in another CL member's car, I was definitely not impressed anymore. It just looks like "fat stickers" all over your dash.

It's defintely personal taste. My wife wanted it in her car, so I added a kit and she loves it. If you do decide to do it, I can highly recommend a kit made by Sherwood. You can't buy directly from Sherwood, but they have several distributors online. The reason I recommend them is that they print OEM symbols and words on the wood underneath the poly finish. Some wood kits just cover the OEM symbols and others leave small cutouts for the OEM symbols. Here's a great comparison of the three types.
