I'm getting a deal on the oem 18s so good that I can sell them for what I will have into them no prob, and I'm not sure if I'll be cool with the ride from 18s so it's sort of a test.

dude stop it already....cop some 19's with some wide rubber, slam the biotch on coils and be done with it.......
There are times when I wish I was in your shoes living down south, without a care in the world worrying if your rims will bend being driven down a normal block

seriously though, I'm not at the stage yet with my car to totally mod it out. one day it'll have TC,LSD suspesion mods, body kit etc.
Right now I'm about making it look factory even though it's not. I'm a realtor and I have to show houses with it also
I don't want to deal with scraping in driveways and speed bumps and crap like that.
