I'm getting a rattling noise, almost crackeling like, coming from the driver side corner where the stock tweeter is. It's there only when I'm going over 30mph. It's not the stereo, a/c or the heater because it's still there when I have them turned off. I usually have my stereo on so that drowns out the noise but it would be nice to get rid of it altogether. Anybody with ideas? I tried searching but I couldn't find anything specific to mine.

I had a similar noise coming from passenger side windshield defroster vent.
Was able to shove some folder paper between the vent and dash to stop the noise.

Try to see if you have a similar problem with one of the defroster vents. on the door or above the steering wheel.

yup, i have some squeaking noise coming from the pessenger side vent as well. if you push on it you will see the squeaking changing / going away
