anyone help me take this out?

If anyone can to help me take these pieces out I would really appreciate it 
The left A/C vent, the right A/C vent, the center vent, the entire NAV screen/audio control piece, the ashtray and the outer piece, and the wood piece which contains the middle plastic piece.
Also need to know, if I take out the center NAV screen piece, do I have to disconnect ALOT OF WIRES to pull the whole thing out without the screen and buttons?

so do you know how to take them out? what tool should I use to pop the AC vent out? Flathead screwdriver would work?

you guys, trust me After globe is done with the work, it will looks like a fully silver trim kit, without spaces inside the buttoms....in other word, IT WILL ROCK!!!!!!!

yes. Like my gauges. if interested I will post some pics if requested.
I've seen many aluminum kits for cars, but like the ones people saw for the IS, the kit goes AROUND all the writing such as LEXUS and stuff like audio control letterings. With MY way of painting, it'll show up all nice and silverish and gunmetallic without leaving out any spaces. Neat huh?
FREE OF CHARGE? HAHA after I find out HOW to take these pieces out!

that kit is on Biggie's car. Legend 5 makes an aluminum kit for the GS, but see how the trim goes AROUND the wording.... I don't want that. Biggie's Carbon Fiber is okay because CF is darker in general, and if it's aluminum it'll be REALLY obvious (I've seen that on an IS kit, check the picture, see how the trim goes AROUND the A/C dials because of the markings? looks fat.)
Plus, i'm using a LIGHT GUN METAL color, not just aluminum. Pure aluminum trim might be too reflective and bright on my eyes. When eventually I do custom leather inserts on my seats it'll be greyish so it'll match my trim better. You see how it all comes together?
But then again, if i dont' find out how to take the vents out then i'm screwed.

And what tool should I use? just a flathead?

ashtray & shift panel removal
Globe,
Here are the other pics for the ashtray and shift panel removal.
These instructions are from memory and from work on my J-Spec Aristo, but they should be similar if not the same.
Pic.1: the ashtray is held in place with 4 metal clips that compress and expand. It comes out quite easily wth a FIRM tug on the ashtray panel that swings out. But don't pull too far as the wires for the cigarette lighter are connected to the back. As soon as you feel the clips give, ease it out and discounnect the harness.
Pic.2: for the shift panel, as you can see, a screwdriver is used. I opted to use my fingers on the left and right sides of the panel where the wood and plastic meet.
I found that working on the side with the cup holder first was easier. *If you do decide to use a flat head screwriver, wrap the flathead with a piece of cloth*
Pic.3: Again, tug firmly but slowly. Don't pull it too far as there are wires attached!!
Work the first 1-2 clips free on the cup holder side by sliding your fingers along the edge. Then do the same on the shifter side. After getting the 1-2 clips on both sides free, you can slide your fingers along both edges and work your way up.
Pic.4: what it should look like after removal.
Remember, don't force anything. If it feels like it won't come loose, let go, relax, and try again. Nothing worse than snapping something.
