That rattle that comes from the grill on the rear sub

 

I HATE that I cannot find an adapter that works with the right pinouts for the stereo. I had to jerry-rig mine using an old toyota (1996) plug. I had to get the mechanic's manual to figure it all out. But the stereo is sweet and the satellite radio is now integrated into it.

And, I hate the color (gold metallic) but for the price, it was really a great deal and too good to pass up.

Otherwise, it's a pretty sweet car.

 

Blast from the past Please.. My 1999 Gs 400 has a "rattle" in the moonroof. Moving the cover used to solve the issue but it's getting worse. I remember seeing you did a in depth solution but can't find it now that I need it... Please send it to me. Thanks in advance,bow,bow. Kurt

 

I hate how the upper control arms have no clearance when you slam the car.

I don't like how the gs is only came as an automatic

 

that stupid 60 mph shimmy shake which comes and goes but after changing lower ball joints, lower control arms, road force alignment, new tires IS STILL THERE SOMETIMES, i woulda loved a stick shift too, even my old es300 had a stick shift option

do you have non-OEM wheels? Toyota designed our cars with lug centric wheels and most aftermarket wheels do not.

 

I'm sure someone said it but 6+ pages is too much for me to go through but the bland interior is really my only complaint besides the stock height, other than that it's why I choose a Lex any day over a Benz or BMW... the occasional rattles are kinda annoying but again it's a Lexus so whatever, I'm pleased to drive a luxury car
