Unhappy Damage Repair

Did you get UPS to admit to damaging your car?

If UPS is gonna pay for it have them repaint the whole side if not the entire car.

That looks like a lot of painting to do.

And I would be surprised if there were no indentations on the side panels.

That mirror alone is something like $560 at my Lexus dealer. Carson can get it for about $200 less.


Make sure they get you a comparable loaner car as your car is going to be tied up for a while.

The estimate included buffing out the scratches, although not guantee that they will all come out, less a paint job.

There were two indentations; one by the mirror at the crease line from the mirror slapping against the door and another at the gas door from the second impact of the same tire debris.
