guys thanx,
it truely has been a pain to do this project and took a lot of detail planning with my car haveing so many tan pieces that had to be replaced in blk like the gas/trunk switch, e-brake release, and trunk opener. i really wanted it to look OEM. than we had peices that don't come in blk cus lexus only makes tan and grey mirrors, headliner handles, and those private side dome light panels and buttons that go in the rear and passenger headliner. so all these pices had to be dyed in flat blk to match the oem blk used on the car. doing the visors's arm and attachment buttons in blk was fun aswell as taking apart the visors and taking apart the visor mirrors and rear veiw mirror was fun to say the least. it was truly a custom and DIY job to complete and acheive my goal which is that anyone who sits in my car will never know it was ever tan...
Dave - granite accents on the babyseat might just be an option..lol, i can't lie, the babyseat and mirror are my favorite peices but i love the babyseat the best....

There is not really much that can be said about such a breathtaking project!! For those that would like to know, I was orginally from the "nah just leave the sport-design beige, its already nice"school of thought.
Well I have to say I was WRONG. The new interior accentuates the exterior color in a way that cant be summed up in words! My favorite part of the whole setup is the slash of blue at the BOTTOM of the doors, its just such a tasteful way to tie into the blue / black theme without resorting to the upper insert (would be too much color!). I saw the pics, and looked in the corner and said "hey, theres color down there!" I also think the blue insert and stitching on the seats, rather than blue piping was a great idea, very tasteful.
Overall great job, glad to be of assistance!

EV ftw!!!
Very nice Adrian! I didn't realize at first what the big deal was till I understood that a blue GS only comes in the beige interior. Yes indeed I can appreciate how much of a pain in the butt this project must have been considering that you are a pefectionist!
I especially love the "granite" look of the wood. Looks very unique and classy!
I have two questions for you:
1. Can you elaborate a bit more on the LED's you are installing? Is this to replace all existing filament bulbs in the interior? Do you have some pics to share of the LED's you are using and other details like brand, model etc?
2. In the pic below, is that one of those stick on dash "wood look-alike" pieces? How do you like it? Did you put that on your console as well? Can I see a pic of it if yes?

Seeing black interior on a non-black Lexus is indeed a rarity, but you Adrian took it one step ahead and resorted to doing a full conversion of the interior to make it showcar worthy. I also like how you took in the intricate details like matching black trim pieces on the door panels and matching black paint on the center mirror.
Overall, a job well done, and keep up the great work!
