So are you in Yakima? I'm down in Tri-Cities. VERY few of us on the forum from this neck of the woods. I also have a 98 GS400, same color but tan interior.

You got that right. When I started doing research on these cars, I soon realized that they just do not exist here. Audi's, BMW,s MB,s are common. In this area, there are a few ES300,s and LS-430,s. I have seen exactly ONE GS, and it was a 300! I researched the car for months, collected a list of available cars for sale in the Seattle, Portland an Northern California area. With all that, I still had not driven or even seen one standing still. I knew I really wanted a red one, but they are as scarce as mammary glands on bowling *****! I found a listing for one in Seattle, the ad said it was "Maroon" I test drove the car, we connected immediately. (Something that has happened very seldom in the past. The last time it did was when I bought my Shelby) They were asking 30K for it. I made them what I considered a ridiculous offer and with a little haggeling, they accepted it!
