Went out and grabbed breakfast with my GF and CL member TomTNC and took a couple of interesting pics of not one but two 'two tone' cars in the Bob Evans parking lot, lol.

I've seen pics of two tone GS's posted on CL before, but I'd never seen one in person until this morning. Not a fan. Note the stellar parking job on the LS in the background



Once I get over my shock I notice a modded IS parked up front. It's TWO TONE TOO! But a much better look IMO. I don't ususally like custom 'wild' paint jobs, but this one was sharp. Shadow on the front quarter is a bit deceiving.




And a couple of nice pics of Tom's Alpine Silver/Black GS sporting Piaa Rozza Altra wheels and some fresh wax:

That white 2tone GS is hideous. Is that a factory option or did someone do this purposely to that poor GS?

The paint job on the IS is pretty nice, not my flavor but still nice. It needs to be lowered more though, check out that gap

The two tone was definitely factory. I don't that GS has had a bath since fall though.

who ever came up with the idea that Two tone from the top of the car to the bottom looks good, should be shot. The IS is pretty hot, but that GS needs a paint job.

Custom two-tone is the latest craze down here. ITs on everything with a set of spinners. Mostly blingmobiles like Monte Carlos and Dodge Intrepids, pretty much everything.

i like the IS300 paint. it reminds me off the RMM is430..
the GS tho what were they thinking and if that was mine i would want a CL member to some sense into me.

Come on it's not that bad maybe with a fresh detail a set of LOWENHARTS or HRES I think you guy's would have a different out put

I dunno...I actually like the two tone job on the GS......adds a touch of class IMO...would look better with factory chromies...
