Dude...don't sweat over the high miles just yet.

Get the VIN..run it through carfax..worth the few $.
If ok, then ask about routine mainenance and any unreported accidents.
if ok, make a trip and plan ahead to have it inspected.
If ok, buy it if you like it.

If this car or any GS is taken car of properly you'll triple the milage easily. I have 134K on my GS4...still a pleasure to ride in.

make sure you can drive the car somehow, that's very important. of course get the vin to run a check on it. the car is fully repainted, i am not trying to assume anything, but when there is repaint you gotta be careful.

the wheels are something i dont' care, but the new iforged wheels those are nice. also keep in mind that sounds like you will need to spend money to get new leather seats cover

you just want a blue gs4 in general or what?

I bought my '98 GS400 about 3 years ago with 60,000 miles. I'm up to about 154,000 now and haven't had a single problem.

It looks like the leather will have to be replaced, from the pics it looks in pretty bad shape. Ask yourself do you like all the mods on the car. If there are things you dont like then you are going to have to spend $ to replace them or take them off. Also the body kit is molded in so you cant just pop it off and pop on a new one.

From the pics the paint looks good and all the jams are painted the same way. He states that there are no accidents. It seems like the car has been repainted a few times, so you have to hope that whoever did the paint job did a good job. The only way to be sure is to go there and check it out for yourself. The price seems okay if you want all the mods. It has high miles but if it has been maintained it shouldnt be a problem. The only other thing is see is the wood grain stickers all over the place. IMHO I would remove those as soon as you got the car.

Good luck in your search and run a carfax real quick to see what it says.

Since this car has performance mods you can probrably assume that even if it was maintained properly that it was driven more aggresively from the owner. Replacing the leather can be very expensive and the car is up there in miles even though it is a well built vehicle. I usaully am turned off by moded cars and don't pay any extra for them. Actually I would lower my offer if the car is modded but the tvs sound kind of nice. Also your going to have to live with that body kit since you can't just pop it off. I would definitely run a car fax and get it inspected. 13.5 is still a little high for mileage, year, and condition plus having to do some work on the car. I would offer 11.5 if everything checks out and if you do not completely like the mods then I would look elsewhere.
