What did you end up paying for the jack TLW? Also does the seller have any other auctions for these on ebay?

i use the 2 1/4 ton craftman jack from sears. everyone knows how low my car is, and i have kits, and it fits perfectly under my car no problem. no need for 2x4 or whatever. good stuff

30 bucks for the jack AND two stands, what else can i ask for

man, johnny, i guess your car must be super low. with my setup i can still fit it in under the front with maybe 1/2 inch clearance

I think it is a combination. The UGO is not an aggressive lip plus it curves up in the middle. The 2.25 ton jacks are also small.

I know that I am not dropped as far as you are and the TTE lip is not that aggressive, but I cannot get my 3.5 ton jack to fit the front. I am sure the 2.25 ton jack may fit but I just like the extra security of a larger jack. Unless I am doing something in the middle of the car, I leave the jack there in addition to the jack stands (also 3 ton variety).

What I do is take the stock jack to lift up the car 4 inches from the front tow hook.

Then I take my 2 ton floor jack that I bought from Autozone and put it under my sideskirt & proceed to jack it up.

The jack was like 30.00 with 2 jack stands and a creeper.

ummm, are we talking about jacking up directly from the front middle? if so, nop mine doesn't do that at all. it's too tight, even with my small jack it can't do that. and the 3.5 ton jack is even bigger than mine

i just jack up the car from two sides, right behind the front wheel. that's a lot easier

The Craftsman 1 1/2 ton aluminum jack looks really nice. It has speedy lift feature, 2 pumps of handle bring saddle to the chassis. $31.99 discount this week, I'm going to get one too. Thanks
