What rims and tires would you put on your GS if money were no object. Let's say your rich Uncle Ernie dies and leaves you a blank check to buy whatever rims you desire. What would you pick?

Hmmm.. Lemme think.. Lets see blank check I would get Soild Gold Wire Wheels 20" of course and put them on a Black GS430/400.. I know way too PIMP DADDY but you said money was no object.. Of course this car would be show car material only..
Can't wait to hear the comments I get from this one..
Anyways back to reality I would get 20" Lowenhart LD1's in chrome since that is the rim I fell for the first time I saw it and even the wife likes it too.. And she hates everything car related.. LOL

For me . 20 in. Hre 540's on Bridgestone S0-3's . 8 1/2 inch in front and 10 inch in the rear. I do plan on getting them next summer .
If money were no object i would buy 2 sets of rims. One for show ( HRE ) and one for go ( Volk TE-37 ) .

I too would buy multiple sets of wheels...right now, I have a set I'm very happy with (HRE Model 543 in 20x8.5 and 20x9.5)
Other rims on my list:
AutoCouture - Supreme (20" Diamond)
Andrew Racing/Veilside - Racing F (20" Diamond, which they dont' make )
Andrew Racing/Veilside - Racing Dish (same as above)
Andrew Racing/Veilside - Racing Mesh (same as above)
Weds - Kranze Shoki (same as above)
Junction Produce/OZ - Scara (same as above)
Fikse - Aro/Mach V/FM10/FM5 (same as above)
Kinesis - K58/K18/K28 (same as above but in the grey finish)
If money was no object, the rims listed that are not available in 20", I would go to the manufacture and have a set custom made...
Plus I would buy Brabus, Carlsson, Hamann, and Hennessy Motorsports and shift at least 50% of each business to Lexus Tuning...

Manaray:
Those Auto-Couture's and Veilside wheels look good. I checked out the web for different pics. The Auto-Couture Supreme is awesome. It shocked me, though, when I saw the Benz logo on it. (I didn't think you'd touch anything with Benz affiliation .....) I guess you can get it without the Benz logo.
I was surprised you liked the Racing F by Veilside .... that's a pretty radical wheel, man. Have you ever seen one in person? I'll bet it's a real head-turner. Maybe a bit too much.
I know that GTAutosports makes some of these rims available, but do you know anyone else who might? I have placed a few calls to him recently with no response. He seems like a good guy, but I've heard the service is not exactly the greatest.

Bobcat - Since AutoCouture makes both Benz and JDM car body kits, it's no surprise that they have a Benz center cap on the rim...I just don't think putting Benz SPECIFIC items (like those made by Brabus, Carlsson, etc.) onto a Lexus is right. And the reverse in true too...I would NOT put Lsportline rims on a Benz!
I have nothing REALLY against Benzes, I just think that their stuff is way overprice for what you get...I mean $42K for a C320?
Yes, I have seen the Racing F in person...looks awesome. I would not do the Racing F in 18" on a GS...but in 20" or even 19", I would ...
Zushwa - Well the problem with the Racing F is that they're only 18"...which is awesome on a MR-S but on a LS, I think it would look too small...like I said, if they 19" or 20" versions....
I think the Racing F in 18" would look good on a IS300...
