Default Service ?s

I just took my GS into the toyota dealership and had them do a transmission flush and oil change. They recommended a few things for me to have done.

1. Throttle body/induction service @ $119.95---they said there was buildup inside the throttle body

2. A/C refresh @ $69.95--basically said they spray foam on the condensor and clean it off

3. Drive belts @ $159.95--said they are starting to dry rot

4. Where can I get some good brake pads, and suggestions on what type to get, like EBC, etc.

Are these good prices for these services and are they necessary, or are they trying to rip me. I go to toyota because they are mod friendly unlike the Lexus dealer. Plus lexus was always trying to sell me something that I knew I didnt need and I hate that. And toyota is a lot cheaper on a lot of things, like the oil change is 1/2 price of lexus. The other thing they said is my rear brake pads have 10% left and said I would have to replace the rotors. Just because the brake pads are gone does that mean the rotors need to be replaced? Thanks for the help and suggestions guys
