Has anyone cleared their front signals without removing the whole front bumper?

well rmmgs4 has helped someone to remove the headlights (you have to remove the headlights to remove the amber piece for sure) without taking out the bumper. personally i wouldn't suggest it coz you are flexing the bumper and who know you might crack the paint.

plus taking off the bumper is like a 10 min job once you know what to do

There is probalby no way you can do it with the headlamps on the car. You have to break the little amber lense and then collect the little pieces off the lamp which would be really hard to do.

It took me and redgs4 15 minutes to remove his stock front bumper when we fitted his body kit. Of course we knew what we were doing, but still.

Taking out that amber is a lot more work than taking off the front bumper if you ask me. If you break it up, there's always fun trying to shake out the small pieces and plastic dust.. I took apart the whole lense to mod my chrome bezel, so it was easy to just pop out the amber without breaking it.

I actually replaced the amber lense with a lightly smoked plexiglass lens so it would match the black chrome treatment I did. Not smoking the lens would have made the turn signal portion too white.

Here's the finished product.

i also was able to take the headlights out without taking apart the whole bumper.. just removed a bunch of screws and wiggled the headlight out of its place.. although you have to budge the bumper out a lil bit so that you dont have to bend the bumper where the headlight is.. once you do it, its no hard task..
