Did the shop have to do a lot for that nice fitment? Or was it a good bolt-on fit?

They had problems. I think if you check the middle of this thread, you can see the discussion.

It looks good in the night pics but really cant tell how it is. Post up some good day pics after you clean it really good. I would say lower the car and add an aftermarket exhaust and you are set

They also did all the work on my boy Justins car LCA575 his fiberglass door panels and interior. They buffed the paint after too to get rid of all the orange peel. He said my kit was one of the best hes seen. He didnt have to do anything but prime it and spray it no fillers or new fiberglass. Heres some pics of there work. Also I still had my crashbar.

Love those headlights... Who makes them? Any chance that they'll be available for the '06 GS 430's??

those are the q45 headlights.... expensive stuff and you have to retrofit to fit them

not sure if they will fit on the 3gs though, these things are big and the project headlights on the new gs are small

I think he is selling the retrofit q45s without the headlights so you could buy them and do this to your headlights

Hey...

First off...where the #$*% do you buy a fake GS VERTEX kit?

It's the first I've heard of one existing. Can you please let me know.

Whoa! Anyways bro. If you look on ebay you will see them. They are $1299. Type in "Lexus GS" or "Lexus bodykit" and you'll see em.

haha...i'm not as upset as it may seem. It was bound to happen. It's just that I am the importer of the VERTEX (Car Make T&E) products. It upsets me to see inferior products on the market.

I'm waiting for the day when people start taking pride in their cars and begin purchasing quality parts and respect the mfr's that spend the time to design it. Ueno basically designs the kits around the body of the car and it takes time to get it just right. But hey....as long as there are knock off's, there will be wannabe car enthusiasts that will buy them.

Just my two cents.

I agree. The Vertex kit is one of my favorites and you think people would learn not to buy cheap knockoff parts. Oh well. Not my car.
