I havent even drove the car since I brought it home after getting them mounted, I contacted the seller and hes giving me a bunch of BS. so I think im gonna put them on infinity forum and on ebay, thanks for the help guys, does anyone know any urls to infinity forums?

this is what he told me on the last email, he wont even pick up my phone calls lol.

"The wheel wells were rolled in the back and that made it quit rubbing. I did it myself but most body shops will do a super professional job for les than a couple hundred bucks. On ours it only rubbed on the very inside edge of the fender lip. It only took a couple of millimeters to make the rubbing go away."

I dont even understand what that means rolled back??

what a scammer selling the wheels.... sorry about that

check out some g35 coupe forums, those wheels probably fit on them

i think they might fit on the sc430 too

other than that, these are low offsets

The fenders on the GS have lips on them that project inwards toward the wheel well, often these are the cause of rubbing. If the rubbing is marginal, the fender lips can be shaved back, or "rolled", meaning that they are bent upward to be more vertical and flush with the rear fender, in order to get more wheel clearance. Unfortunately, no need to even worry about this, because your wheels appear to be SO far out that you could take the lip completely off and still be hitting.

For an error this bad (and the guy misled you on the car.... plus HE KNEW that even for an LS he had to make modifications to make them fit I'd make a stronger attempt to get your money back.

Those wheels simply are not useable on your car. He lied about them and he should take them back. If you can get him to take them back, make sure to get cash or some sort of cashiers/certified check so you don't get taken x2.

I'd go after the seller, but I'm afraid you won't have much luck.

The real bummer is that the wheels will be a hard sell for the 350z/G35 Coupe guys- they all want wider rear wheels like 20x10 or 20x10.5".
20x9 +20 looks weak on the rear of the 350z/G35 Coupe...
I wonder what these were even meant for- I mean, it sounds like you got stuck with four front 350z wheels (?)

If a deal seems to good to be true, it probably is. Hopefully you'll purchase your next set of wheels through a reputable shop!

Hope you get it all sorted-out.

Hey Noop, now that I see the pics, I feel your pain! (nice clean GS though!)

I'm sorry about yesterday, this relocation has been crazy. Give me a call today and we'll go over some suitable options for you!

Socal is correct, most of the 350 and z guys are deep dish crazy. Maybe you can luck up and make a sale if the price is right.

Talk to you soon!

Sorry about your lousy wheel deal.

But I LOVE your pinstripe...and the way it flips up in the rear.

You could pull your fenders, gain a few extra mm in width, and run some max camber and you will be the envy of us in vipstylecars.com hehehehehee.

Not really, camber will not eat tires as fast as rubbing them on the fender. On another note, deffinatelly get rid of them, and don't waste your $$$ on body work.

No problem.

G35driver.com
g35frenzy.com
freshalloy.com

These are a few G35c/ 350 forums. Remember these wheels will ONLY fit the G35 Coupe. NOT the sedan!
