I did a full blown Aristo V300 conversion. The engine is VVT-i enhanced. What do you mean by parts getting into the US? With enough fabrication and me treating my car as a Supra Twin Turbo automatic... I have enough aftermarket parts to play with.
My car did start out as twin sequential system and now it is a single turbo car. The only problem I ran into is the ECU. Back in the days all you had to do was get a HKS VPC and GCC to run larger injectors and fuel rail. Once you start pushing reaching a certain boost mark you'll need either a GReddy BCC or a HKS FFCD. In this day in age we have piggy-back stand alone type computers to manage everything.

Thanks for the quick reply V300.

Is the engine already in the car and are you running a stand alone engine management system?

I'm not a GS owner but I went to Toysport in Gardena, CA and they were working on a GS 300 to V300 engine swap. It looked good. It might be worth taking a look at their web site.
www.toysport.com.
Just a bonus, here's some pics of a GS Vertex edition.

hm. I thought the 4 speed you got can take something like 500~550rwhp. What kinda power are you shooting for? sounds wicked man.

V300, Thanks fro the info about Toysport. It's a good thing I did not have my IS300 worked on by them. And yes, they did not look that they have an expert mechanic, just a bunch of guys working on basic stuff. So do you have a 2JZGTE on you GS300? Where did you have it done? Thanks.

You can service the car with your standard fluid change and torquing the bolts... but on a serious note, yeah you get parts of the TT Supra. Again Steve Gans is my man for that. The engine will be back in the car either tomorrow or Saturday... just got my transmission back from Level10. I have been playing with 3 stand alone computers however I would like to leave my choosen unit hush-hush at this time
Keep us posted about your impressions when the engine is back in the car.
Lik globe asked, I would also like to know what kind of HP numbers you are shooting for.
I understand that you don't wan't to give away any secrets.
Thanks,
Richie

the magic is in the manifold
Richie,
What I'm shooting for is maximum street/semi-track performance and drivability. Also, depending on how "bad" I want to drive on vacuum conditions... the SARD manifold I'm using has a split section exhaust port... I believe I can go up to a GReddy/Mitsubishi T-88 given I use 890cc injectors and how Area51 work there magic with the new fuel, timing, ignition map as well as retard VVT-i. The transmission I have (*shout-outs to Pat and Justin at Level10*) can hold 900hp to the ground. However, at that powerband the stock 2JZ-GTE bottom-end will not hold. I will have to change pistons, connecting rods, a new metal headgasket, and ARP studs). In short the 2JZ-GTE has a world of possibilities.
